The ₹497 consultation fee is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. This is because your payment reserves a dedicated one-on-one time slot with Dr. Madhu Sudan, which cannot be re-sold once held for you.
We understand plans change. You may reschedule your consultation free of charge by informing our team at least a few hours before your confirmed appointment. Simply message us on WhatsApp at +91 9871869909 and we will arrange a new time that works for you.
In the rare event that our team is unable to schedule your consultation after your payment, you are entitled to a full refund of ₹497. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
